To help everyone, whatever their level, improve their cardio-respiratory capacities.
Enable everyone increase their personal capabilities by developing:
- practice routines (warming up, endurance training interval training, recovery, weight training, stretching)
- knowledge and expertise about the sport
- a positive, altruistic and constructive attitude.
Sessions take place in VALROSE park, either on your own, or via a bonus sport.
